Spam Management

Our campus email system automatically identifies some spam through certain characteristics (e.g., information in the "Subject" and "From" line of the message) and gives you options for handling spam. Follow the steps below to ensure spam is properly filtered.

  1. Visit
  2. Select Spam Settings and follow the on-screen steps.
  3. To further customize your spam filter, follow the steps for your email service:
