That’s the metaphor a recent participant used to explain his experience in the Tepper School’s Carnegie Bosch Institute’s Global Leadership Executive Forum. Substitute briefcases for spatulas, and the benefits of this month-long management program becomes clear. The forum was the “impetus” for the institute being recognized as a top 10 educational institution by the 2014 Leadership 500 Excellence Awards program, which is presented by HR.com, the largest online community of human-resources executives.
