Lining Posner Hall’s airy two-story foyer are large, colorful photographs of MBA graduates, many of whom may credit Tepper School of Business Professor Robert M. Dammon as inspiration for their careers. Since 1984, the accomplished researcher and award-winning educator has taught courses ranging from corporate finance to mergers and acquisitions.

Recently, Dammon was appointed dean, succeeding Kenneth Dunn, who remains a professor of finance on the Tepper faculty.?
