Rachel Franklin (S’91) and her team have built a virtual world in “The Sims 4,” a life-simulation video game where you can fall in love, build a business, or become a physician. It’s the latest version of the Sims franchise, published by Electronic Arts, which has sold more than 175 million copies. It’s no surprise that Franklin, “The Sims 4” executive producer, has been named to the 2015 “Women Worth Watching” list from Profiles in Diversity Journal, which identifies, promotes, and supports women in leadership and the organizations that employ them.
