NF 14 V11n3To Robert Downey III, family comes first, so a decision that meant not tucking his two children into bed wasn’t taken lightly. Twice a week, he leaves his full-time job as a cement engineer for an oil field service company, and he travels to Carnegie Mellon’s Pittsburgh campus, where he is pursuing his MBA, part-time. He and his wife decided it was worth the sacrifice, especially because 87% of Tepper School of Business grads report a salary increase. Bloomberg Businessweek reinforced the decision by naming Tepper the nation’s “top part-time MBA program” in its most recent rankings.
