Come Home to Carnegie Mellon

The old adage, “You can never go home again,” is dead wrong. Just ask Kathy Dax (A’75).

“I’ve had the opportunity to visit Carnegie Mellon for numerous Homecomings, and I enjoy running into former classmates and friends,” says Dax, class correspondent for the Class of 1975. “Best of all have been our class reunions. It’s just like being back at school and we’ve had fun getting better acquainted as alumni. I’m very proud to be a graduate of Carnegie Mellon and encourage all alumni to enjoy what the university offers beyond graduation. For me, going back to campus is like going home.”

The Carnegie Mellon Alumni Association invites all alumni to enjoy the experience of this year's Homecoming and Reunion Weekend, Oct. 27-30, 2005. Filled with campus tours, provocative lectures, student performances, the pageantry of the parade and football game, the alumni awards ceremony and social get-togethers, Homecoming provides a special opportunity for alumni to get reacquainted with their classmates and their alma mater. Special activities are also being planned for alumni celebrating their 15th, 20th, 25th, 30th, 35th, 40th, 45th, 50th and Platinum reunions.

Don't miss the chance to relive your college days at Homecoming 2005. It's time to come home to Carnegie Mellon. You'll be surprised by who and what you find.
