Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at CDFD

Campus Design and Facility Development is committed to advancing the University’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. We will work to build capacity in this market for not only design and construction firms, but also for the construction workforce. Guided by motivated leadership, we have developed initiatives that are focused on analyzing current participation, supporting contractual commitments to ensure diverse and equitable participation, exercising our connections in the Design and Construction Industry with both new and existing firms, generating opportunities for industry involvement in early education, and constructing buildings that ensure a legacy of equitable design.
