Submission

Please submit your abstract (up to 300 words) from July 10 to August 13, 2023. The review and notification of accept/reject decisions will be carried out weekly. Early submissions are strongly advised. If your abstract is accepted, you will be expected to participate in the Forum and present your poster virtually by uploading a pre-recorded presentation and a PDF file with slides summarizing your poster to your presenter's profile in the Whova app. Non-faculty presenters will have the opportunity to compete for Outstanding Pre-recorded Slide Awards. 

IMPORTANT: Please thoroughly check the Pre-recorded Slide Presentations section of the BME Forum website to complete all the requirements in regard to abstract submission.
