A widely respected developmental psychologist, his work has transformed many aspects of our understanding of children’s language learning and the associated neural underpinnings that enable its development. Dr. Aslin has played an instrumental and groundbreaking role in studying infant behavior using eye-tracking and brain function using electroencephalogram (EEG) and optical imaging methods.
