New Tepper Deferred MBA Admission Program for Undergraduates

Motivated college seniors can now secure a spot in a top-ranked MBA program.

The Tepper School of Business announced a new deferred MBA admission format called the Tepper Future Business Leaders. The new program allows college seniors to apply to the Tepper Full-Time MBA program before graduating and to defer for two to four years while they gain professional work experience.

“The pandemic has disrupted so much for so many, and the Tepper Future Business Leaders deferred admission program allows students to take back some control of their lives,” said Isabelle Bajeux-Besnainou, Dean of the Tepper School. “With their deferred acceptance, they will be able to enter the workforce with confidence and certainty knowing that a top-ranked MBA program is waiting for them to launch their career to even greater heights.”

Eligible candidates must be college seniors who plan to graduate from a U.S. college or university in the current academic year who do not yet have full-time work experience.

“The new format is available for undergraduate students who want to secure their spot in a future Tepper MBA class before they begin their first job out of college,” says Gina Cecchetti, lead recruiter for Tepper Future Business Leaders. “This will allow motivated seniors to have better insight and more control while mapping out their future career paths.”

For graduating seniors in the class of 2021, applications must be submitted by April 1, 2021. For more information, read more about the Future Business Leaders program or contact Gina Cecchetti, Associate Director and lead recruiter for Tepper Future Business Leaders.
