Use educational affordances of robotics to create CS-STEM opportunities for all learners

Onsite Robotics Teacher Training

Carnegie Mellon Robotics Academy’s Onsite Robotics Teacher Training offers educators a week of immersive, hands-on learning in CS-STEM and robotics education. Our courses are designed for teachers and coaches of all experience levels, with no prior coding or robotics background required. Participants must be 18 years or older to register.

Training takes place at the National Robotics Engineering Center (NREC) in Pittsburgh, PA, part of Carnegie Mellon University’s world-renowned Robotics Institute. The NREC provides access to state-of-the-art robotics facilities and cutting-edge research environments, making it the ideal setting for in-person professional development.
