Smart Cities Dive Highlights Pittsburgh's Universal Basic Mobility Plan

Metro21 Executive Director Karen Lightman recently spoke to Smart Cities Dive to discuss the Move PGH initiative that revolves around Universal Basic Mobility.

The MaaS (Mobility-as-a-Service) platform will offer access to public transit and shared mobility services.
