Metro21 Executive Director Karen Lightman moderated a panel alongside Traffic21 Executive Director Stan Caldwell at the Inaugural Local Government Commission Symposium to discuss "Solving Real-World Problems through Collaboration and Innovation with Municipal and Equity Partners" and featured:
