Metro21 Director, Raj Rajkumar is quoted on Autonomous Vehicles in Axios

Axios article titled “A car that's better without a driver” dives into the complexities of driving – and how robots just aren’t ready to take over the activity from humans just yet. We are all guilty of making mistakes on the road from time to time, but generally, people are good at managing the demands of driving, and computers aren’t yet smart enough to handle the constantly changing information that experience on the roads. 

Raj Rajkumar, Director of Metro21: Smart Cities Institute is quoted "Driving is the most complex activity that most adults engage in on a regular basis, just because we do it doesn't mean we can teach computers to easily do it. It will be many more years for full automation."
