Bio

Manuela is a political scientist originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina. She has honed her skills in the public sector since 2014, contributing significantly at both city and national levels. Her journey includes managing the implementation of a national beneficiary system for households seeking social housing programs until 2019. 

In Buenos Aires, Manuela served as Chief of Staff in the Coordination and Control Department and the Secretary of Wellbeing and Third Age policies. Additionally, she gained valuable experience as an Operations Analyst in a Blockchain Security DAO for a year before transitioning to Heinz. She found herself drawn to the Heinz Journal due to its reputation as a platform for insightful discourse on public policy issues, offering an ideal avenue to contribute her expertise and to engage with a broader audience.
