Bio
Jacob is a second-year graduate student in the Heinz College MSPPM-DC track with a professional and academic background in computer programming and data analytics. He understands the power that exists in the written word and that good data visualization can sell a narrative, which is exactly why he is an editor for the Heinz Journal. He came to Heinz in order to hone his skills in these areas and to ensure he is equipped to contribute to the policy solutions the current and future generations need.
He is a passionate believer in evidence-informed policy, and his interests range from election policy and public transportation to chess. Every problem is a puzzle to solve, and he is always looking for new challenges.
