Bio

Claire, originally from Denver, Colorado, is a student at CMU passionate about the intersection of health and our built environment. After graduating from Whitman College with a bachelor’s degree in Politics and Environmental Studies, her interests led her to diverse experiences, including living in South Korea and Alaska. In her free time, she enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her dog, Taiko. She is thrilled to be part of the Heinz Journal as an editor and is committed to amplifying the voices and passions of her fellow students while advancing conversations on critical issues.
