Bio

Busola Adeshina is from Lagos, Nigeria, and is pursuing her master’s in Public Policy and Management at Heinz College. She is passionate about the SDGs, sustainability, economic development, and how data can be utilized to resolve the real-world problems faced by people in the global south – such as poor health and healthcare access, and pervasive poverty. 

She is especially excited about the opportunity to collaborate with fellow scholars in exploring innovative solutions to urgent societal challenges and advocating for informed policy decisions. Busola has diverse professional experience in risk analysis, research, and project management, which she believes brings a unique perspective to her role as an editor on the Heinz Journal.
