Amanda Perkins

Director, Finance Training and Communications

Bio

Amanda joined Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) in 2000 and currently serves as director, finance training and communications. In her role, Amanda oversees all financial systems, policy and procedure training, division communications and publications, and the Finance Division website.  

Prior to her current role, Amanda was a training specialist and manager of the university card program within the Finance Division. She also served as the international campus coordinator for the Office of the Provost, with a dual report to the Finance Division and Office of General Counsel.

Education

Amanda holds a bachelor's of arts degree in communications, with a double minor in public speaking and writing, from the University of Pittsburgh.
