Despite the headway made by the Women’s Rights Movement over the past few decades, we still have a long way to go to achieve gender equality for our mothers, sisters, and daughters.

As women continue to struggle to meet the demands of the work and their personal life responsibilities, we believe there needs to be an action plan. PROGRESS takes a proactive approach towards achieving equity by teaching women and girls how to harness the power of negotiation. It is critical for all women to learn how to ask for what they want in order to gain social and economic influence.

PROGRESS strives to examine and address gender inequity by providing negotiation tools and sound academic research that empower all women and girls to reach their full potential.
