Teaching

We welcome faculty to incorporate The Kenner Room into their courses each semester. This unique space is designed to facilitate courses that explore language acquisition, cultural understanding and identity through the latest technology. Faculty can choose to conduct an entire course or specific sessions in the room, taking advantage of its specialized resources to deepen students’ learning experiences. Research

The Kenner Room offers an unparalleled setting for research into the integration of extended reality (XR) in educational contexts, with a particular focus on language and cultural studies. We aim to advance pedagogical practices in the Digital Humanities by exploring the capabilities of XR, gathering insights from student and visitor interactions. If your research aligns with these goals and examines the role of XR in language learning or cultural understanding, we invite you to join us in this endeavor. Please contact us to learn more about potential research collaborations.
