We offer two service levels with optional add-ons to match your needs.
Service Options
Campus Cloud Basic
A self-managed virtual server with built-in backup and monitoring.
Choose this option if you’re comfortable installing and maintaining your operating system and managing your server environment.
Campus Cloud features include:
- A virtual machine (VM) with associated disk space.
- Nightly primary backups with replication to a disaster recovery site, ensuring a retention period of 30 days.
- Security monitoring with CrowdStrike.
- VM console access for direct system control.
- 24x7 on-call support.
Campus Cloud Plus
A managed hosting solution with added system administration and security services.
Choose this option if you need help setting up and maintaining your operating system, or want enhanced security and support.
Campus Cloud Plus features include:
- A virtual machine (VM) with associated disk space.
- OS installation for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or Windows.
- System administration and patching.
- Nightly backups with replication to a disaster recovery site, ensuring a retention period of 30 days.
- TLS certificates and Shibboleth SSO (Apache and IIS).
- Network registration and firewall configuration.
- Security monitoring via CrowdStrike and incident response.
- Monthly maintenance windows.
- Virtual IP load balancing for high availability.
- Security and service documentation.
- Scalable support with optional add-ons.
- 24x7 on-call support.
