Congratulations to PhD student Elaine Soohoo, who has been selected to receive a Liang Ji-Dian Graduate Fellowship. This fellowship was established in 1980 through the generosity of Mr. Ting-Lung Liang and Dr. Tung Au to help support the graduate studies of highly deserving CIT PhD students of Chinese heritage. - (January 2018)
Congratulations to PhD student Elaine Soohoo, who has been selected as a 2018 Christine Mirzayan Science and Technology Policy Fellow at the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine in Washington, DC. During her time as a Mirzayan Fellow, she will work mainly on projects related to the Roundtable on Quality Care for People with Serious Illness and contribute to a project of the National Cancer Policy Forum. - (January 2018)
