    Congratulations to Molly Kaissar (MSE/BME '18) and Matt Kubala (MechE/BME '19) on the acceptance into the University of Minnesota's Earl E. Bakken Medical Device Summer Internship! While there, they will be working in interdisciplinary teams to help medical professions at the UofM develop prototypes that address their clinical needs.

    Congratulations to PhD student Elaine Soohoo, who has been selected to receive a Liang Ji-Dian Graduate Fellowship.   This fellowship was established in 1980 through the generosity of Mr. Ting-Lung Liang and Dr. Tung Au to help support the graduate studies of highly deserving CIT PhD students of Chinese heritage.

    Congratulations to PhD student Elaine Soohoo, who has been selected as a 2018 Christine Mirzayan Science and Technology Policy Fellow at the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine in Washington, DC.  During her time as a Mirzayan Fellow, she will work mainly on projects related to the Roundtable on Quality Care for People with Serious Illness and contribute to a project of the National Cancer Policy Forum.
