Our work with computational and experimental methods aims to identify key structural and morphometric changes that influence the outcomes of congenital heart, pulmonary, and fetal diseases . These conditions share common features, including mechanobiological and immunological drivers of remodeling. Our goal is to identify interventions at key times and in specific pathways to prevent long-term adverse events, such as cardiac or pulmonary failure.
