Individuals from across the University have played an active role in the CMUWorks project from the identification of the need for change through today. Campus representatives have helped build the case for change, identify and evaluate software solutions, redesign business processes, design and develop the CMUWorks Service Center, and design, configure and test the Workday system. Their involvement will continue through training, organizational readiness, deployment, and support.
The purpose of the change network is to liaise between the project team and the University community (including other US and international campuses). The network will ensure that feedback/suggestions from the community are provided back to the project team and distribute project information to community members. Open lines of communication will enhance awareness and help build excitement about the benefits of Workday and CMUWorks Service Center.
