Dates, Deadlines & Fees

The cost of the weekend is $50 per student and you must pay online with Visa or Mastercard. To do this, simply click the Register link. The fee covers the cost of on-campus meals and a Carnegie Mellon t-shirt. Fee waivers are available on a limited basis. If you believe you qualify, please contact our office and ask to speak with the Sleeping Bag Weekend Coordinator.

Note: To receive a cancellation refund you must notify the Sleeping Bag Weekend Coordinator by the Friday before your visit. There will be no refunds if you cancel after that date.

Portfolio reviews and auditions available for fine arts students, as long as reservations have been secured on the College Of Fine Arts Admission Procedure Web site.

Open to students who have applied for admission to Carnegie Mellon.
