School of Art
The Carnegie Mellon School of Art seeks students with a wide range of talents, aptitudes and backgrounds. Artistic ability, academic performance and leadership capabilities are all important factors. These capabilities are evaluated through a review of a portfolio of creative work, high school grades, standardized test scores, extracurricular activities, recommendations and personal statements.
All applicants are considered for fall semester admission only.
