Dates, Deadlines & Fees

The cost of the weekend is $50 per student and you must pay online with Visa or Mastercard. To do this, simply click the Register link. The fee covers the cost of on-campus meals and a Carnegie Mellon t-shirt. Fee waivers are available on a limited basis. If you believe you qualify, please contact our office and ask to speak with a Celebration of Diversity Coordinator.

Note: To receive a cancellation refund you must notify a Celebration of Diversity Coordinator by the Friday before your visit. There will be no refunds if you cancel after that date.
