Dates, Deadlines & Fees

The cost of the weekend is $50 per student and you must pay online with Visa or Mastercard. To do this, simply click the Register link. The fee covers the cost of on-campus meals and a Carnegie Mellon t-shirt. Fee waivers are available on a limited basis. If you believe you qualify for a fee waiver, please contact our office and ask to speak with a Celebration of Diversity Coordinator.

Note: To receive a cancellation refund you must notify a Celebration of Diversity Coordinator by the Friday before your visit. There will be no refunds if you cancel after that date.

Application for admission must be submitted by the time of registration
