Upon acceptance and completion of both programs, students will receive two degrees: the Master in Management (MiM) from ESSEC and the Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA) from the Tepper School.

  • New pedagogical approach.

  • Global profile with added value on the job market.
  • Increased opportunities with the alumni network of 2 institutions.

Cultural

  • Strong intercultural skills.
  • In-depth immersion and cultural learning.

The Programs

ESSEC’s MiM program provides a solid foundation of general management knowledge and will equip you to handle the major challenges facing businesses, organizations, and society.

The Tepper School’s MSBA program is a STEM-designated program that will sharpen your business expertise and creative problem-solving skills by analyzing data to make smarter decisions for your company or organization.

ESSEC students who graduate from the MSBA program may be eligible to work in the United States for a certain amount of time under the Optional Practical Training (OPT) initiative. International students should do the ESSEC MIM followed by the CMU Tepper MSBA degree if they wish to take advantage of the STEM OPT option after graduation.
