2014 Military Excellence Competition

During Cèilidh Weekend, Carnegie Mellon University's Naval ROTC battalion will host this year's annual Military Excellence Competition (MEC).  ROTC teams from several colleges and universities including Ohio State, George Washington, University of Pittsburgh, Villanova, Notre Dame, Rutgers, Drexel, Temple and U Penn will be competing against one another in physical activities and military skills, including several traditional Scottish highland games on our campus.

Throughout the day on Saturday, we will celebrate Army ROTC's 95th Anniversary honoring our ROTC alumni at the listed events. Highlight of the day will be a traditional cake cutting ceremony. Come celebrate this milestone anniversary while mingling with alumni and current students!
