Ski and Snowboard Team Budget
FY2013 (July 1 2012 - June 30, 2013)
We are a group of skiers and snowboarders who race compete in the Allegheny Collegiate Ski Conference (ACSC.) We race for six weekends in January and February, and practice Wednesday nights. Our races consist of slalom and giant slalom (GS) for skiers and slopestyle and GS for snowboarders.

$2000 debt rolled over from FY10. As discussed during the appeals process for FY12, the team had $4000 debt in FY10, which was forgiven and then re-assessed for FY12 to offset increased fiscal pressure on all JFC-funded organizations. Due to the team's understanding that the debt was forgiven, we were granted our request to split the debt repayment half-and-half over FY12 (reflected in a $2000 subsidy decrease from FY11) and FY13 (reflected here as an additional expense). We do not expect the JFC to fund this line item, of course, but wanted to include it in our expenditures so that all involved parties were reminded and aware of the circumstances of the situation. |
