FY2015 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015)

We are the official juggling club of Carnegie Mellon University. Meetings are open to all students as well as jugglers in the Pittsburgh community. Jugglers of all skill levels are welcome, and we are more than happy to teach anyone how to juggle.

Income and Revenue

Object Code Requested Recommended Final Description
Capital Expense Fund (+) $45.00 $45.00 $45.00

100 mm Acrylic Contact Juggling Ball - Performance-quality contact juggling ball. The club does not currently have any contact juggling equipment, and there are new members expressing interest in it.

Capital Expense Fund (+) $30.00 $30.00 $30.00

2-3 Practice Contact Juggling Balls - These would be used for everyday practice in contact juggling and for practicing new tricks.

Capital Expense Fund (+) $120.00 $120.00 $120.00

Unicycle - We currently have one member who owns a unicycle, and we have other members interested in learning. It will be helpful in this regard to have a club-owned unicycle.

Capital Expense Fund (+) $210.00 $210.00 $210.00

6 Juggling Clubs - The club has recently seen an increase in the number of people interested in juggling and passing clubs. The club currently owns 6 PX-3 juggling clubs. These are very good, extremely durable clubs. $210 will pay for 6 more.

Equip-Non-Capital Equipment (+) $30.00 $30.00 $30.00

6 Juggling Rings

Equip-Non-Capital Equipment (+) $70.00 $70.00 $70.00

5 Juggling Beanbags from Sport Juggling Company - These beanbags are often the easiest for beginners to learn with and for experienced jugglers to learn new tricks with. The club currently owns 10 of these, and there is great demand for them at practices.

Capital Expense Fund (+) $40.00 $40.00 $40.00

1 Set Devil Sticks - The club currently does not own any devil sticks, and there are members who wish to learn to use them.

Capital Expense Fund (+) $90.00 $90.00 $90.00

6 Glow juggling balls - LED-lit juggling balls, for use in the dark and at night.

Revenue-Membership Dues (-) $100.00 $100.00 $100.00

We propose a membership fee of $5 per person. We will not require every member coming to practices to pay, since that would discourage more casual jugglers from coming, but we would strongly suggest that all regular members pay the fee and would require it for the privilege to borrow club equipment between practices. We estimate that, with this system, we could reasonably expect to receive membership fees from 20 people.

Capital Expense Fund (+) $70.00 $70.00 $70.00

Juggling Hat - A specially-weighted hat to be used for juggling and manipulation.

Sub-Total $0.00 $0.00 $0.00
