Annual Events

Women@SCS and SCS4ALL Orientation Welcome Event

The Orientation Welcome Event is an annual tradition at SCS4ALL and Women@SCS. Each year, we invite all new CS majors to come to our event for a chance to meet upperclass CS students and find out about the great social, professional, and outreach activities that we organize for our community. We also encourage all students interested in what we do to come and learn how they can become involved, request a mentor, or simply participate for the fun of it.

Pre-Registration Event

SCS4ALL hosts a Pre-Registration Event every semester prior to the course registration period. All CS undergrads are invited for student-to-student advice on course selection, and no faculty are allowed so that students can discuss courses freely!

Halloween Party

The Halloween Party is a social event by SCS4ALL that takes place around the annual Halloween holiday. We invite the SCS community and friends to come dressed up in costumes.

Spring Social Trivia Night

We invite all friends of SCS to come to this fun event try out their trivia skills or watch teams play for prizes.

End of Year Celebration

SCS4ALL and Women@SCS committee members get together to celebrate another great year!
