Departments may purchase validation tickets from Parking & Transportation Services for their guests.  Upon notification, departments should pick up and sign for requested validation tickets in the Parking & Transportation Services office in the East Campus Garage.  Instructions for you and your guests can be downloaded from the link below. 

Once email confirmation of purchase is received, there will be no cancellations, returns, or credits given. Parking validation tickets are only valid for the date(s) requested.

Guests are subject to all parking regulations and policies (PDF) and it is the responsibility of the department or the individual who arranges for visitor parking to make the parking policies known to the guests. The Parking & Transportation policies may be obtained in the Parking & Transportation Services Office or online.

Groups and Special Events

Departments may submit a parking request to the Parking & Transportation Services office for groups conducting special events on campus by completing the Event Parking Request Form (pdf).  (Download the form and print the form.  Complete the form and email the completed form to our office.) This form must be completed for events that are expecting 25 or more attendees, and when requesting a parking code.  When requesting visitor’s parking reservations for events with over 50 vehicles, P&TS requires the event sponsor to hire Jay Becker Parking Services, who will provide parking assistance at the expense of the event sponsor. The P&TS office must receive requests, in writing, as soon as confirmation of the event has occurred (at the minimum, P&TS must receive requests at least three weeks in advance of the event).
