Zach Stueve

Lab Manager/Research Associate, Psychology

Bio

Zach Stueve manages all operational aspects of the Relationships Lab. He graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, and after having worked in the Relationships Lab as an ungraduate research assistant in 2019, returned to the lab upon completing graduate school. His research interests include the use of attachment framework within the therapeutic setting, as well as how attachment style affects the way people adjust to the ending of a marriage/relationship. He loves New England sports, artisan coffee, reading great books, and working with the undergrad research assistants.

Yuxi Xie

Graduate Research Assistant

Bio

Yuxi is a second-year graduate student working with Dr. Brooke Feeney. She is interested in understanding the effects of attachment orientation, support-seeking, support-provision, and emotion regulation on personal and relational well-being. In her free time, she enjoys reading detective novels, baking, and listening to music.

Karla Bae

Research Assistant

Bio

Karla is a senior at Carnegie Mellon University majoring in psychology with a concentration in social psychology. She joined the lab in the spring semester of 2020. After graduation she plans on pursuing a Ph.D. in organizational behavior or psychology. Her hobbies including baking and watching true crime documentaries.

Vidhi Bansal

Research Assistant

Bio

Vidhi is a senior at Washington & Jefferson College, double majoring in psychology and sociology. She joined the lab in the summer of 2020. After graduation, she hopes to pursue a career in social psychology. In her free time, she enjoys watching anime, listening to music, painting, and sketching.

Kaylee Feng

Research Assistant

Bio

Kaylee is a senior at Penn State. She was born and raised in Chengdu, China until the age of 15. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and a minor in statistics. She joined the lab in hopes of gaining more research experience as she plans to apply to graduate programs in social psychology. Outside of the lab, she loves traveling, cooking and baking.

Songhee Lee

Bio

Songhee is a sophomore at Carnegie Mellon University, majoring in psychology, potentially with a second major or minor in Spanish. She joined the lab in the fall semester of 2020. After graduation, she hopes to pursue a career in psychiatry.

Anna Li

Bio

Anna is currently a junior studying decision science at Carnegie Mellon University. She joined the lab in the fall semester of 2020. In her free time, she enjoys baking, catching up on SVU, and photography.

Jessica Pham

Research Assistant

Bio

Jessica is a junior majoring in psychology at Carnegie Mellon University. She is also looking to pursue a minor in business and Japanese. She joined the lab in the summer of 2020. After graduating she hopes to continue working in research in graduate school. In her free time, she enjoys baking and spending time with her friends.

Letian is currently a sophomore in Carnegie Mellon University with a major in psychology and intended additional major in computer science. She joined the lab in the fall semester of 2021. After graduation, she plans on pursuing a Ph.D. in psychology. In her free time, she enjoys pen drawing, cooking, and reading.

Annie Xu

Annie is a junior at Carnegie Mellon University, double majoring in computer science and psychology. She joined the lab during summer 2021. In her free time, Annie likes to dance, read, crochet, and make any kind of art/creative outlet.

Xinyi Sun

Xinyi is a senior at Carnegie Mellon University with a first major in computer science and a second major in psychology. She joined the lab in Fall 2021, mainly to get a taste of what research is like before graduation. She loves cats but she has a cat allergy. She loves reading and movies too.

Gabrielle Davis

Gabrielle is a junior at Carnegie Mellon University majoring in neuroscience. She joined the lab in the fall of 2021. After graduation she hopes to enroll in medical school. Outside of the lab she enjoys soccer, dogs, and coloring.
