New Orientation Sessions Addressing Civility, Bias, Inclusion and Anti-Racism

Student Affairs is partnering with campus experts to develop brand new orientation sessions addressing civility, bias, inclusion and anti-racism that will be added to both undergraduate and graduate orientation this August.

Progress Update

December 2020: A new Diversity, Equity and Inclusion module was launched during the fall 2020 graduate and undergraduate orientation programs. The orientation programs included a series of new, asynchronous sessions that addressed topics such as identity, privilege, bias, ally behavior, self-care, anti-racism, civility and social movements, and included a curated list of additional resources for those students who wished to delve deeper into their learning.
