Conference Registration
Registration Options & Guidance
The conference registration website has three registration options:
- Select Option 1 (Paper + Author Registration) for full registration. You will be prompted to input the paper ID from MicrosoftCMT sent to you by the review committee.
- Select Option 2 for standard conference attendance (faculty/researcher/other).
- Select Option 3 for student attendees.

NOTE: Each accepted full paper will require a unique full registration (with Option 1) to be published and presented at the conference. Short papers can now be registered with Option 3. Any paper that does not have a unique registration associated with it will not be included in the proceedings.
NOTE: For authors planning to register four or more full papers (using Option 1), there will be a special discount code allowing you to register four papers for the price of three. Please contact the conference organizers (i3ce2024@andrew.cmu.edu) to inquire about this registration discount code.
Inclusions
Each conference registration includes the following events and amenities:
- Welcome reception with two (2) beverage tickets per registrant
- Light breakfast, all-day coffee and beverage service, lunch
- Access to conference proceedings
- Access to conference sessions and workshops
- Conference workshops
NOTE: Conference workshops begin on Sunday, July 28th.
On-site banquet dinner
- Held on-site at the conference venue on Monday, July 29, 2024.
- Option 1 and Option 2 registration include one (1) banquet ticket, with the option to purchase one (1) additional ticket for a guest.
- Banquet tickets are purchased separately ($85/ticket) for Option 3 student registration.
