Bio
Chelsea Cavlovic is the Program Manager of Executive Education for the Center for Executive Education in Technology Policy (CEE-TP) at Carnegie Mellon University. With over ten years of experience in higher education, she specializes in program management, global logistics, and strategic outreach. Chelsea leads the planning and execution of executive education programs, coordinating with internal teams and international partners to deliver impactful learning experiences for participants from over 90 countries.
Her background includes managing global study abroad programs at the University of Pittsburgh, overseeing research initiatives at CMU’s Metro21 and Traffic21 Institutes, and directing community outreach efforts for regional nonprofits. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from West Virginia University and a master’s degree in Intercultural Relations and Diplomacy from Collegium Civitas in Warsaw, Poland, where she also studied under the Erasmus program in the Czech Republic.
Chelsea is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds multiple credentials in global education, wellness, and program management. Outside of the office, she’s a longtime personal trainer and group fitness instructor, and enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two cats - usually somewhere between a playground, a gym, and a well-organized spreadsheet planning their next international adventure.
