April Hawk (nee Rupp)

Bio
April Hawk is the Educational Program Manager for the Office of the Vice Provost for Education and the instructor of the 99101 Computing@Carnegie Mellon undergraduate course. She is responsible for directing all aspects of the C@CM program offered to the campus and global community, including the delivery of the undergraduate course and the associated support services. In addition to designing and developing the course curriculum, instructional materials and assessments, April trains and supervises a staff of undergraduate teaching assistants.
April holds a B.S. in Decisions Science, Political Science and Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University. April is a certified instructional designer and is engaged in graduate studies at the University of Wisconsin.
