Giving Tuesday Now

Here at Carnegie Mellon University, and in EPP, we believe in the power of human connection. Our community is donating personal protective equipment, creating solutions, and putting our hearts in the work. On Giving Tuesday Now, we’re coming together again to empower our students with the resources to learn and grow. Giving Tuesday Now is a new global day of giving and unity as an emergency response to the unprecedented need caused by COVID-19.

Let’s come together to create a wave of generosity, citizen engagement, and support for communities and nonprofits around the world.

Here are two ways you can make an immediate difference today:

1. Make a gift to the Tartan Emergency Support Fund, which offers financial assistance to students facing hardships beyond our control due to COVID-19. Some of us are experiencing food and housing insecurity, some lack the technology needed to participate in online learning and some require emergency financial aid to continue our education.
2. Support our colleges and schools’ most urgent priorities that will address issues related to our COVID-19 response.
