As an engineer who worked on a LEED project this past summer, I recognize the ever so increasing importance in environmental awareness. I understand that the primary problem is limited resources on a planet with a constantly growing population, but that there are also more sculptable faces to the issue, such as ignorance. The fact that I can make an impact and educate my peers with basic yet effective solutions is more than enough reason to join Eco-Reps.
