Resources for Building Diversity into University Processes
Diversity is more than politically correct rhetoric—it needs to be a strongly held value that is integrated into university processes and activities. Finding ways to include considerations of diversity, as well as taking all other salient issues into account, is important. You need more than position statements—you need practical step-by-step guides, strategies and suggestions, and practical tips to turn ideas into action.
