Equipment & Service Order Forms

MediaTech supports classes, conferences and special events with technical assistance, equipment (e.g., wireless microphone, projector, DVD player, video camera, videoconferencing, etc.) and video services.

IMPORTANT:  Before requesting equipment or services, make your room reservations through Space Quest.

To place an equipment order for your class or event, select the option below that applies:

Videoconference

• Schedule a videoconference (any campus location).

Equipment for one of the following locations:

• University Center
• Posner
• Other Campus Locations

Equipment for Pickup

Pickup additional equipment (e.g., wireless microphone, tripod, camcorder, etc.) from our office in Cyert Hall A-74.

• For a Class
• For an Event

Note: Pickup is NOT available for classes or events in the University Center.

Videotaping

• Request that an class or event be videotaped.
