When establishing a mentoring relationship with someone, what can you do to ensure you are helping her grow? This workshop will examine the role you have as a mentor, provide guidance on how to start your mentoring relationship off with goal setting, and provide models and strategies to build a strong mentoring relationship. This session aims to support mentors within the Barbara Smith Women's Mentoring program or other women interested in becoming mentors.
