CMWA - Carnegie Mellon University

Welcome to CMWA!

The Carnegie Mellon Women's Association has been an integral part of the Carnegie Mellon community since 1916, connecting women across campus through activities such as pottery, language classes, dancing, event outings, and the sponsorship of various clubs (book, cooking, knit/crochet).  Membership is open to all women faculty and staff, or spouses/partners of faculty and staff, and friends.  Activities are normally held during lunch hours or early evening following university business hours.  Dues are $10 annually (July 1 - June 30) and all dues and designated gifts go directly toward CMWA's Annual Scholarship Awards fund.  CMWA Awards are given to a number of outstanding undergraduate Carnegie Mellon women seniors.
