Baljit Singh is a Software Engineer by profession specializing in Cloud Architecture and Infrastructure. He holds a BSc. and MSc. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University. His role focuses on leading and managing the infrastructure team responsible for the Sail() learning platform.

Building on his background, he is currently focused on improving the student learning experience and exploring the use of GenAI to generate rich, contextual feedback for students and tailoring individual learning paths.
