Dana O'Connor

Machine Learning Research Scientist

Dana O'Connor obtained her PhD in materials science and engineering (MSE) from Carnegie Mellon University. Her PhD research focused on crystal structure prediction using random generation, genetic algorithms, density functional theory, and machine learned potentials. Before her PhD she obtained her B.S. in chemistry from Allegheny College. She joined PSC in the AI/Big Data group in 2023.
