SUCCEED 2016

SUCCEED is a 5-day program run by the Center for Climate Change and Energy Decision MakingThe annual program connects EPP Ph.D. students with high school students, to improve their understanding of energy, the environment, and climate change, and is designed to open students’ minds and encourage them to seek careers in climate, energy, and other STEM fields. Students learn about some of the grand challenges facing energy engineering fields, how new technology can play a role in mitigating climate change, that all energy options have tradeoffs, and that policy can be used to effect change.

The 2016 program is being held on July 18 to July 22, from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm on Carnegie Mellon's campus.
