Ngani Ndimbie

Executive Policy Specialist, PennDOT

Ngani Ndimbie is an Executive Policy Specialist at PennDOT. Having completed a graduate fellowship with Carnegie Mellon University's Traffic 21 Transportation Research Institute, she has contributed to projects related to electric vehicles, automated vehicles, low-speed and shared transportation, transportation for disabled people, and environmental justice. Ngani has also served in the Office of Environmental Justice at Pennsylvania's Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), supported US DOT equity and climate projects and planning at High Street Consulting Group. Ngani built the foundation of her career working and organizing with communities at the Black Political Empowerment Project and at the ACLU of Pennsylviania.
