Bio

Lucas Jia graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Mathematics. During his undergraduate studies, Lucas developed a keen interest in working with large datasets, eventually coming upon quantitative finance and its endless puzzles. Lucas joined the MSCF program to further pursue his interest in quantitative finance and continue to connect his quantitative background and skillsets to financial markets. Upon completion of his MSCF degree, Lucas intends to pursue a career in quantitative research.
